 Developed 50 + integrations using Platform events and established connectivity with OIC.  Screen design and data structure were important as the accessibility and function of these fields were critical to the success of this project.  Created a billing system processing engine in salesforce that allows printing of invoices, tele conferencing times and statements by creating basis visual force to allow users to print a pdf for the opportunity layouts.  Worked on SFDC, CRM, SFA and Billing Modules (Sales Process Automation, Lead and Marketing Automation, Mass Marketing Automation, Customer Care ,Accounts Receivables, Credit Limit process, Collections, Rating ,Billing, Discounts ,Catalogues, Invoicing, Reporting). Designed and deployed Custom tabs, validation rules, Approval Processes and Auto-Response for automating business logic. Created page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on record pages. Used field level security along with page layouts to manage access to certain fields. Implemented pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, master detail relationships and formula fields to the custom objects. Various custom object creations to meet the needs to the ever changing systems. Custom links, buttons, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval process, roles and hierarchy, sharing settings to allow only the appropriate managers to view the data made available via criteria based sharing rules. Performed detailed analysis of business and technical requirements & designed the Functional Specifications document as and when required. Customized fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.  Cloud providers, like Sales Force, are available from any web connected device, have lower initial development costs, and are scalable as demand grows. These multi-tenant architectures can scale indefinitely to meet business demands. Worked on administering the SFDC implementation that allows users to print to backend printers. The back office print servers, which are polling the sales force database via the Sales Force API, will see the new print request and dispatch appropriate print command to the printer configuration that was selected by the end user.  Worked on various workflow rules to notify users when the print requests are ready to be picked up. Salesforce.com Standard & Custom Objects using Parent child relationship between objects. Own data integrity, business rules, reporting, and analysis responsibilities. Worked on Creating the Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page layouts Reports and Dashboards, Public groups, Queues, Case Teams, Sharing Settings and CI Deployments using Change Sets. Integrated the Web Services for extracting the data from external systems using toolkit, and used the Sandbox for testing to ensure minimum code coverage for the application to be migrated to production.
