• Provide exceptional customer experience in all inter-actions, in a polite• professional courteous manner• Educate customers on the full functionality of their new products and services• Apply technical and problem-solving skills to identify and fix customer service• problems in the home• Promote and sell new products and/or services to customers where appropriate• Drive with care and attention and follow all posted signage en-route to complete calls• Provide an overview of the work scope for the customer if available before• proceeding to complete installation• Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary.• Perform reviews and provide training to new associates• Process payments, issue refunds, prepare invoices, and initiated follow-up for payment collection.
