My roles and responsibilities are as below : Scheduling and coordinating with planning, warehouse and production team for future shipments and deliveries. Effectively negotiating with forwarders to reduce direct cost of logistics.  Responsible for arranging transportation and gate entry for export planning  Generate report of container position & material availability as and when required. Communicating with warehouse team for material storage of import shipment and export of export shipment. Built and maintained positive relationship with vendors, clients and industry professionals. Responsible for preparing post shipment invoice and packing list, takes care of bill preparation of lading draft.  Coordinate with CHA/Freight forwarder for post shipment documents. Generate MIS report on monthly basis for leadership and present the same during weekly calls. Coordinate with bank to get the tracking details of documents presented.
