Senior Operations Project Manager
CurrentManage to the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change managementMonitor and control the work to ensure that the project/work stream remains on track and in controlA working location close to InfoPark as well as remote working (home office) optionDevelop objectives, phasing and content of the project/work stream to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescalesResults orientation, effective time and task managementInterface and communicate with project team (Vendor and EY), management and stakeholdersManage the project closing and the handover to OperationsProvide quality assurance, work plan monitoring and updates to the project teamsManage and lead with the technical team all offshore decisions with our extended teamThe PM will manage all aspects of the Budget including external resources on the project and any CR related change that will impact the budgetPresent weekly status reports to the team and managementManage and coordinate/close all issues related to project delivery and scope/timelineWork with the functional and technical teams to confirm the solution architectureIdentify, track and mitigate all risksCapacity Planning (ensure best usage of the pool of resources we have in the hub by coordinating and helping in prioritising)Being responsible for Generating Demand (Marketing, Sales, SAP CRM Brand and Trade) functional areaOngoing production support to over 250 Finance/Accounting usersPlanning and keeping track of the projects’ schedulesSustain: support business by resolving system/process problems affecting operationsConstantly develop Super Users’ system and processes knowledge, and assess the results, support Super Users in conducting end-user trainingProviding financial estimates and risk analysis, suggesting contingency plans
