Dileep Mohan, Myself a MCA graduate from Bharathiar University , Now Concept Director and Sole Proprietor of HEADZ having 5 branches in south India. Was working as Asst Professor( 7 years teaching experience) In Indian Academy Degree College( Run by Dr T.Somashekhar , a good visionary in the field of advanced education in Bangalore) affiliated to Bangalore University treat teaching and guiding as a passion. I believe in guiding my students in a leadership manner than a managerial way.. believes "Prove yourself in the market and then Teach others to win in the market" .. I being a computer graduate takes trainings for even MBA s with my business experiences. I built my career with Amway Corporation from the age of 18 and became a platinum direct ( doing a sales volume of 6 lakhs per month in a full financial year) at the age of 22. Hence hired by a gulf based company as their Advertising and marketing manager for all the metro cities including Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore ... worked with them for 5 years and made many innovative concepts in the business from 2005 to 2010 resigned job and started the same business of my own design and new concepts then focused back to teaching . Now for securing wealth i depend on business and teaching as a life's mission in sharing and empowering young students, built confidence in them through self designed programs like "Thought Process Mechanics" ( Highly appreciated on and off campus training programs). A few words on my business of Hair fixing.Inspired from one among the client of my previous company ..I started on with Headz Hairfixing, which is a budding non surgical hair replacement company Headz Office at Bangalore now with 28 branches PAN India and UAE.My passion towards writing has lead me to publish 2 books in Malayalam Viddikalude Mashu, Parangodan and in the process of third Paavam Ganesh . First book is in the final stage of getting set as a movie in Malayalam with few of the best cast and crew in the Industry where I'm taking the role of the protoginist.
