1. Responsible for all C&I engineering deliverables, coordination, planning & scheduling activity and single point contact for engineering activities related to assigned projects.2. Allocate controlled man-hours.3. Responsibility to complete all deliverables within time / cost.4. Co-ordinate with cross discipline engineering team for various deliverables such as material requisition, technical bid evaluation and purchase requisition as required for procurement activities.5. Co-ordinate for flow of interdisciplinary engineering inputs.6. Project Control & S-curve preparation.7. Preparation of PEP ( Project execution plan), DOR (Division of responsibility), DDM (Document Distribution matrix), individual department deliverables and monitoring, Manpower planning, Job hour utilization reports, Drawing deliverables schedules, Look Ahead schedules.8. Coordinate for removal of “HOLDS” on engineering deliverables and documents.9. Coordinate with concerned for matters regarding increase/decrease of deployment of manpower.10. Having knowledge of Project procedures, QMS system, ASME, general Engineering Design codes applicable for oil and gas projects.11. Compile Engineering Design Basis and obtain client’s approval on the same.12. Coordinate for review and finalization of critical documents like Equipment/Instrument Layout and scope Battery Limit/details for various subsystems/packages.13. Compile job close out report for engineering.14. Plan and monitoring engineering progress on weekly basis.15. For minor jobs, required to prepare scope /schedules / specs / drawings as required for award of work and procurement of materials.16. Co-ordination / expediting with Procurement Team & Construction at Engineering stage for material procurement and contract award.17. Coordination with construction teams to resolve queries. The reports are published to management on daily basis.

• Executed Design Engineering of DCS, ESD System for Chennai, Haldia & Kanpur terminals. Foxboro FCP280 DCS control system and Modicon series PLC system. • Ensure team works effectively and efficiently to deliver engineering design of MOC projects in all 5 terminals.• Review specifications of DCS / ESD PLC / F&G systems and any other PLC related systems. • Knows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, ensures team meets project expectations.• Well conversant with managing delivery schedules, project progress.• Collaborate across disciplines and functions to deliver best solutions to meet product design.• Review and approve instrumentation-related documents/drawings.• Strong understanding of Project Controls (planning, scheduling, man-hour estimates and measuring physical progress) and has the potential to lead & inspire teams. • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in implementing changes.• Participate in project execution strategy and planning.• Ensure project specific deliverables meet ISO-9001 Quality requirements.• Ability to problem-solve effectively, Ability to organize and set priorities.• Good at Resource management and works with ownership mindset & integrity.
