• Acted as a marketing manager and obtained the orders worth Rs. 20 Crs. for industrial washing machines, painting facilities, fixture and other special equipments.• Appointed as a consultant for paint shop being built by M/S Haden for of excavator parts at Tata Hitachi Dharwad.• Promoted as a project manager of industrial washing machine business.• Developed high tech washing machines to suit tack time as low as 1 minute and achieving the quality requirements for critical components like crank case, cylinder head, crank shop and transmission components.• Developed a special import substitute SPM for M/S YAMAHA MOTORS for controlled stainless steel ball filling in double walled exhaust pipe to the accuracy of 2 grams.• Visited Hannover exhibition to study the technical trends in industrial washing machines and decided the business plan in this field.
