Currently I am leading the relationship and strategy for a set of growing Clientele at Prodapt while working on the Post acquisition Integration. Was responsible for Acquisition strategy, which includes Analysis, Diligence and valuation of the target companies. Driving business improvement initiatives and projects for different clients across globe with more than 500 employees using levers such as Automation, Lean and Six sigma in the accounts. Driving end to end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) across accounts from Scope identification, ROI calculation, Business case and implementation of Bots to improve the efficiency and operating margins across various accounts. Pursued MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies(NMIMS), Mumbai.
