Currently I am leading the relationship and strategy for a set of growing Clientele at Prodapt while working on the Post acquisition Integration. I help customers leverage value innovation for better market positioning, revenue and profitability.Worked closely with the group CEO/President (Mr. Vedant Jhaver) in Strategy and M&A division for Prodapt. Was responsible for Acquisition strategy, which includes Analysis, Diligence and valuation of the target companies. Was part of the core M&A team that completed acquisitions of 3 companies across different Geos (NA, UK and Latam) in 6 months. I was also part of the core team of Prodapt and helped raise capital from a Private Equity fund. On the strategy front, I initiated the Board meetings for Prodapt I work closely with the management team in driving strategy initiatives on a corporate level which includes nextgen Initiatives like Salesforce, Cloud, RPA, AI/ML, Digital and 5G across major Clients.I am also a part of the Prodapt Ventures, a Venture Capital wing of Prodapt. Driving business improvement initiatives and projects for different clients across globe with more than 500 employees using levers such as Automation, Lean and Six sigma in the accounts. Driving end to end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) across accounts from Scope identification, ROI calculation, Business case and implementation of Bots to improve the efficiency and operating margins across various accounts. Pursued MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies(NMIMS), Mumbai. Had a work experience of 3 Years as a Software Engineer with TATA Consultancy Services. Responsibilities include Leading a development team of 4 in application development.
