Current1. Factory & Shop Registration / Renewal/ NOC: Registration & renewal under Shop & Establishment of Factory. Also need to handle Notices received by Labour Department of Non-Compliances like that Factory Act Licence,DPCC, DG, Boiler, Fire, Environmental Testing & etc.2.HR Audit/Operations:-To handle HR Audits and guiding the team for HR Process audit (Third Party Audit /Compliances like that GAP/INDITEX/SEDEX/HIGG/ SLCP/GOT’S &OCS/CTPAT & ISO ) on timely basis. Formulateand Release necessary documents to the Employees like from Offer till Reliving letter, Notice/Letter related toDisciplinary actions, etc.3.Employee Health / Safety Operation: - Training given to all employee Regarding health & safety every quarterlyaccording to Government nomes like that Works Meeting & Training, Environment Meeting & Training, Health &Safety Meeting & Training, First Aids Training, ETI Conduct Meeting & Training, Fire Safety Training.4. IR Related matters:- Disciplinary matters, disciplinary action like issuing Warning letter, Show cause notice,Domestic Enquiry, Issue termination letter, experience deal with employee dispute cases and to appear beforelabour court & District court.5. Liaison With Govt Official:-Liaison with office of the Labour Cum Conciliation officer , Labour Commissioner, Chiefinspector of factories, Regional P.F Commissioner, E.S.I Branch / EPF Regional office etc.
