     Overall responsibility for all the activities done on day today basis. To co-ordinate and provide effective support for implementation and compliance of Company’s policies. In co-ordination with Logistic / Purchase Department develop vendor for purchases of office equipments Liaison with Government authorities such as BMC, RTO, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, Local Police Station, electricity Board etc. To look and identify areas for cost reduction, such as Xerox, telephones, water, electricity, transportation etc. To monitor and ensure and keep tack of time bound payments such as Telephone bills, Vehicle taxes, insurance, PUC, electric and water bills etc. To make an arrangement for in-house as well as out-door conferences, seminars, training etc. To ensure that the travel arrangement as per the eligibility is made for the visiting staff members in connections with the company’s work. To monitor and look after the hotel booking for the visiting staff members and company’s Guests. Overall supervision on operations and maintenance of Company’s flats, guesthouse. General administration like supervision on housekeeping, Security of the estate, garden maintenance, canteen services, guesthouse facilities etc. To ensure that the employees are served with a quality food and hygiene is maintained by the cooks in the kitchen area. To monitor and supervise Company’s vehicle arrangement and its maintenance as well as petrol expenses. To ensure and monitor company’s earth moving equipments are transported to locations as per the RTO rules and proper documentation. To control consumption of office stationary, to make an annual arrangement of uniforms for the employees  Follow up of annual maintenance contract such as servicing to air-conditioners, communication facilities (Xerox machines, EPABX boards, intercom telephone instruments), Personal Computers, fire-fighting equipments, pest control etc
