Recruitmento Extensively involved in End to End recruitment & Employee life cycle till on boardingo Responsible for PAN India recruitment (Head Office & Zones)o Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of relevant profiles using job portals & Referralo Responsible for Internal & External Job Posting on careers site (TALIC)o Handled Fresher level to Managerial LevelsRecruitment Co-ordinationo Coordinating with candidate, Vendors, Line Manager, Hr manager for sourcing of profile, interview and until the candidate is on boardedo Scheduling the interview as per candidate and interviewer availability (Line Manager, Hr Manager)o Coordinating for final interview feedbacko Salary Negotiation with Candidate Documentationo SPOC for Pre-joining, Post joining and on-boarding formalitieso Collecting relevant documents and preparing the personnel fileo Responsible for Reference Checks before candidate on-boardingo Adhering all the necessary check as per compliance perspectiveo Responsible for generation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters
