I am responsible for managing RF performance for KPI improvement for circle and maintaining balance between resources and work assigned.

Prepare strategy for circle KPI improvement.

 Analyzed of Daily performance parameters like Call set-up, Channel occupancy (paging & access), handoff failure, Drop calls, and Traffic utilization and find out problematic issues at site and Sector level and correct them to enhance network performance.  Optimized RF BSS parameters related to Handoff, Power control, IFHO, FCI (Neighbours relations), Access, Data & Voice, Registration & Zone definition.  Solve problem like drop call, block call, poor FER, failed termination call & low data date by decoding Layer 3 messages of drive test. Diagnose problem related to Coverage, Interference - Pilot Pollution, Missing Neighbour, Search Window Settings, Island Cells & Call Processing Errors using Agilent drive test kit & Actix Analyser tool. Performed Drive testing periodically and occasionally to rectify converge, quality and capacity problems using Agilent E6474 Netro DT tool.  Optimization of Hot spot’s capacity requirement using cell splitting, cell sectorization and Optimizing cell size and designed multiplayer. Responsible for capacity growth, coverage expansion and optimization.  Neighbours list optimization by adding potential and removing unnecessary neighbours’ basis of raw data available from HOMATRIX and Drive test results.  Optimized Physical parameters like Antenna type, mechanical & electrical tilt, height of antenna, cable type, and horizontal & vertical beam width to improve quality.
