Managing ERP all Modules & Various retail software’s (Logic, Shoper, ETP, Navision, Tally ERP, Voyager) Experience with Microsoft windows configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of TCP/IP, networks supporting VOIP telephony, microcomputers and other systems, Server clustering, tuning & effective performance, configure & management of firewall to keep lan,wan,man safe from viruses & worms, Broad knowledge of IT processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
