The Acumen Fellowship offered me powerful opportunity for personal growth and discovery: it was not easy. I had to stretch my limits, challenge my assumptions, and be pushed out of my comfort zone. During the Fellowship, I was exposed to new approaches to solving entrenched problems, new leadership skills, and become part of a cohort of Fellows and friends who were supporting and collaborative with me for years to come.

Involved in the "Principal Leadership Development Program" in the tribal belt of Amravati District, Maharashtra, directly engaged with 5 public schools and indirectly with 48 schools. Also established a community computer lab in school which benefited 1300+ people including community members, students, and youth. Strategised and executed projects like ''Vachan-e-Khel" in 53 schools for library development, TIPPS Master in 18 schools for use, and importance of Teachers Instructional Practice and Process System (TIPPS) digital tool, Mobilised 1500+ community people cleaned 4 villages in collaboration with Swachh Bharat Mission. Collaborated with Goonj and Jivan Vikash Sansthan, Implemented project “Vriddhi” for the livelihood of 1000 farmer families preventing unstable income sources. Show less

Worked as a knowledge partner, strategized actionable which increased 10% production.
