Analyzed and interpreted data based on food pantry clientele, delivery inventory and statistics, and curated data reports for donors such as City Harvest, FoodBankNYC, Catholic Charities, and United Way. Managed grants from various non-profit organizations for COPO Food Pantry and supervised budgets, organization, spending, food supply, and safety, alongside several in-person inspections.Managed distribution of over $210,000 in financial assistance to over 400 undocumented families in cooperation with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York. Supervised the Emergency Cash Assistance Program (ECAP) and managed funding, distribution, and client assistance.
