Continuation of neuro-AI focused research carried out for MSc thesis project. The main focus of this research is on improving the quality of reconstructions of images from recorded brain activity using artificial neural networks (GANs in Pytorch). Additionally research is being carried out exploring the reparability characteristics of both representations found in the V1 visual cortex and those encoded by neural networks, aiming to identify key structures in artificial neural networks that improve reparability .
