Implementing a defined sales and marketing strategy has seen us increase revenue by 120% within three years, with subsequent YoY growth of 80%. I also sit on the advisory board of Dynamis Medtech, to deliver a new patented technology for managing diabetic neuropathy. I am consulting on their global sales and marketing strategy for PDPN addressing a potential £52bn market.
