· Provide engaging support to Data Protection customers; including Data Loss Prevention, File & Removable media protection, Drive Encryption and Management of Native Encryption.· Ability to issues in propitiatory solution like Network DLP Prevent/Monitor/Discover and Host DLP across all three vectors Data in motion, Data in rest and Data in use.· Take an active role on business-critical issues with Sales Engagement to assist and resolve issues arise during PoC.· Configure Labs to closely mimic customer environments.· Identify product bug or compatibility issues in Hardware, Firmware, preboot environment (limited to MDE) and work with R&D to ensure defects are corrected in a timely manner.· Facilitate technical training sessions to New Hires and team member by facilitating Tech Talks, Knowledge sessions to empower engineers· Works collaboratively with diverse global teams and drives inclusive work environments in accordance with McAfee's core values.
