- Invented 'Infinite Partitions' which allowed multiple teams to work on the same product freely and tripled our development speed- Lead team of 8 engineers through creating an Enterprise product for tracking billions of interactions with our customers. This enabled measured improvement of customer experience across the enterprise- Built a growth oriented engineering community resulting in increased velocity and 10x deployment frequency- Built our framework inside AWS using Python, Node, APIGateway, Lambda, ECS Fargate, DocDB, Elasticache, EventBridge, S3, etc.

- Built a new team from the ground up to own our core contact center application used 24/7/365 by 50000 call reps- Delivered Mission Critical 24/7 full stack application to over 30000 call reps with 99.9% up time across 2 years- Overcame legacy infrastructure challenges to build a new version of our app that allowed accelerated validation of changes to our product- Managed competing requirements between dozens of contact centers and delivered targeted value

- Taught \& coached 200+ students ballroom dance as a technique, art form, and means of personal communication- Led teams of 4-7 other TAs and Assistants in teaching private classes- Adapted teaching methods for 6 different ballroom dance forms to suit each students needs
