Managing the Comcast Messaging Platform (CMP) at Comcast- where we ensure delivery of billions of emails and SMS messages each year. We handle 2way SMS solutions for better customer experiences. Providing guidance on all mobile messaging technologies including Apple Business Chat, Rich Communication Services, MMS and SMS. Our team ensures that Comcast's customers can actively manage their accounts via mobile messaging while delivering timely service oriented messages about account status, storm communications and billing events.

Building deployment, configuration, testing and process automation for the next generation of curated television experience. Continuous build, deployment and testing is a major goal for our organization; getting us there while building an experienced team is my job. Working with middle-ware SOA and back-end persistence layers utilizing Oracle and Java. Gluing it all together with ruby, python and bash. Metrics automation helps us measure what we have achieved. Worked in the Information Systems & Computing department which managed the central IT infrastructure for the University of Pennsylvania. My duties revolved around systems administration and new deployments for ISC's Unix servers. Designed ordered and deployed two generations of SAN, as well as managed backups, upgrades and support for the departments other functional areas.
