Job Responsibility:- Develop and review all required Engineering Document- Ensure design files are maintained in an organized and up-to-date fashion in accordance with company standards.- Report to manager any project related quality, speed or scheduling issue and discuss way forward.- Facilitate coordination and communication within team(s) to support smooth day-to-day operations and improvement activities, including sharing resources between teams. - Coordinate with Design team to layout Mechanical and Electrical services including HVAC.- Coordinate with Customer to prepare detailed equipment room layouts including sections. - Coordinate with Design Team to prepare detailed P & ID’s. - Coordinate with Design Team to review and comment on shop drawing submittals.- Coordinate work with other disciplines including Electrical, Firefighting, Architectural and Structural.- Check drawings for JCI quality using checklists. - Comply with company Design Standards and CAD Standards.- Attend coordination meetings and design meetings as required.- Assist with the technical issues at site Installation as instructed and directed by the Project manager- Optimize costs at all stages, and achieve total cost of projects within budgets.- Provides technical guidance to CAD designer/drafters, designers and engineers working on the same project.- Provide periodic site reviews and attend site meetings as required during construction. - Calculates pressure drops in Pipe/Ducts lines for optimum design and sizing of Pipes/Ducts.- Submitting Shop Drawings for Approval to Consultant/Customer in compliance with project specification and Standard Codes and Regulations.- Ensuring saving in all aspects by proper preplanning.- Preparation of Operating & Installation Manuals Documents for Industrial Refrigeration System.- Site visiting & supporting construction department at site in case of complications.

Project Description:• Jumeriah Beach Residence(JBR) is the largest single phase residential Apartments in the UAE.Its Consists of 36 Residential Towers ,four Hotel Towers & four Beach Clubs. The Complete Project is divided into 8 Sectors, each Sectors contain 6 to 7 Towers.Sector-4 Project is undertaken by Al-Habtoor Engineering of 8 Towers. Which Includes Luxury Apartments, Shopping, Complex, Penthouse Apartments, Mechanical floors, Car Park Ventilation etc.• Mall of Emirates the biggest mall in UAE & houses the finest hotel by Kempinski, A five star categorized hotel with its luxury suites full of rich architectural designs state of the art MEP systems provided in each and every part of the hotel which gives the customers the ultimate holidaying experience which they will never feel they are outside their homes. 18 storeys wonder standing parallel to UAE’s most famous highway (Sheikh Zayed Road) with multiple accesses to and from it accompanying the hotel are Dubai famous Snow Dome and the biggest mall in the country. Job Responsibilities: - Job involved was preparation and submission of Schematic piping, Electrical wiring, Air flow Diagrams and shop drawings to consultants. - Coordination with all other MEP services. - Ensuring saving in all aspects by proper preplanning. - Giving quantity estimate to tender department to enable them to quote competitively. - Working together with MEP quantity surveyors providing them assistance with material takes off for various services. - Getting the drawings approved from consultant.- Preparation of As built drawings.

• Designing & preparation of AC plant, Ducting, piping layouts with Bill of materials for various applications such as Industries, hotels, offices, hospitals and medical research centers, Restaurants, Pharmaceuticals, Banks, Theatres, Auditoriums, Laboratories and etc.,• Preparation of Schematic piping, Electrical wiring & Air flow Diagrams.• Preparation of isometric views to enable others to understand better wherever it is required.• Co ordination with clients, architects, consultants, Interiors and other contractors.• Ensuring saving in all aspects by proper Pre-planning.• Giving quantity estimate to sales department to enable them to quote competitively.• Site visiting & supporting construction department at site in case of complications.• Preparing bar chart for the projects. • Preparation of Cost Variance.• Coordinating with dealers for the project progress.
