Strengthened the capacity of 80 E & D staff and partners’ staff on Project Cycle Management, child protection, governance and accountability and introduced structured project management system (log frame, DME) into one partner organisation resulting in improved project management and monitoring system. Initiated formal partnership with two colleges (Social Work) by signing a memorandum of Understanding to establish a regular way of evaluation of ongoing project from an academic eye.
