A qualified international development professional with project management experience in development and emergency settings within the NGO sector in South Asia for more than a decade. Proven expertise in managing and coordinating projects on education, livelihoods, protection and peace-building for a range of development and protection agencies dedicated to advocating for and supporting vulnerable groups to access and realize their rights as guaranteed under respective international and national laws. Major achievements included: Developed and managed Child Protection and Development Program - to establish community based child protection system in 25 districts, Nepal in partnership with Ministry of Women Children and Social Welfare. Contributed as a member to establish Children Affected by Conflict Working Group (CAC WG) in Nepal to coordinate Nepal Child Soldiers Reintegration Project that reintegrated more than 10,000 Children Associated with Armed Forces and Armed Groups in their communities.
