• Document facade conditions on multiple buildings from 6 to 60 stories, and prepare Cycle 8/9 compliance reports for the Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP)/ Local Law 11 (LL11).• Prepare construction documents for various project types, such as facade maintenance repairs, curtain wall repairs, superstructure waterproofing repairs, and below grade waterproofing repairs, for municipal agency filings (LPC, DOB, and MTA).• Develop project manuals, specifications, bid lists, Owner-Contractor AIA contracts, and bidder analysis reports for construction bidding. • Perform construction administration services, such as response to RFIs, review of submittals, review of field mock-ups, preparation of meeting minutes, preparation of field reports, schedule periodic field inspections, review of shop drawings, and general coordination as required.• Direct investigative and post-repair water testing to determine potential sources of leaks.• Implement the use of computer software, such as Plan Grid and Excel to coordinate repair locations with the Contractor, track progress of work and review payment applications.

• Coordinate design and development of new construction projects and repair of existing building projects, including services for excavation, foundation, shoring, and superstructure.• Attend progress meeting to refine structural drawings based on design considerations by the architect, mechanical engineer, and contractor.• Supervise submission and approval of drawings to municipal agencies (DOB, LPC, DASNY) and transportation agencies (MTA NYCT, MTA LIRR, MTA MetroNorth, Amtrak).• Amend structural specifications for project specific application.• Survey, probe and document existing structural condition for preparation of drawings.• Perform investigative and in-progress field visits as required from schematic design until completion of project.

• Prepare drawings for Department of Buildings filing and for transportation agency filings.• Research and implement software for design coordination, such as Autodesk Revit and Blue Beam Vu.• Perform field inspections with direction from principal engineer, prepare investigative reports, and provide recommendations for remediation work. • Organise progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.• Perform office administration duties, including upkeep of company project list, preparation of project proposals, transmit invoices, upkeep of client directory database, and execution of DOB filing forms.

• Advised students and faculty on Adobe and Autodesk software ranging from graphic user interface issues to technical difficulties• Handle printing queries and oversee requests for plotting of various sizes ranging from letter-size to full size ARCH E drawings.• Intermediated account and production problems from the students to the faculty
