Graduating from the University of Cincinnati in the spring semester of 2022, I traveled back home from Cincinnati to Columbus. There, I began my professional career in the third-party logistics (3PL) industry as a Carrier Onboarding Coordinator. I had prior experience as an intern during my time in college and felt that it was the right fit for me at the time. In my free time, I became incredibly invested in my health. This passion of mine led me to go to my local gym every day of every week with no exceptions. Soon after the discovery of this passion, fitness then also became dieting as I began to meticulously create self-made meal plans that coincided with the goals I set for myself. It can be safely said that what started as a passion became my obsession, wanting to learn all there is to know about the world I stepped into.Taking the next step, I decided to dig deeper and learn more about my affinity for nutrition and fitness, earning my fitness coach and nutritionist certifications in the free time I had when I was not working, meal-prepping, or at the gym. Sure enough, when anyone becomes completely immersed in their passion, it doesn’t go unnoticed. With my passion paired with my operations management background, I was given the gracious opportunity to allow my passion to become my work, continuing my professional career as a General Manager with the meal-prep service, Clean Eatz. With this marriage between my passion and my professional career, there isn’t a day when I don’t learn something new and enjoy the process all the same.Now, just recently becoming the Catering and Events Director of Clean Eatz Columbus, I get the rare opportunity to share my knowledge, experience, support, and caring personality with all those who are looking to live a healthier lifestyle. With Clean Eatz, it’s our slogan to say “We change livez”. In my role, I’m doing just that.
