Responsibilities:• Supervise and oversee asset operations individually, providing precise services through a dedicated team, and manage pilot projects for emergencies such as power outages, AC malfunctions, ATM issues, cash shortages, and paper supply problems. Ensure proper site upkeep and prompt issue resolution with team assistance.• Act as the primary point of contact for banks for the state. Facilitate communication between the management, vendors and delivery teams of ATMs and other asset suppliers to ensure timely project delivery and completion at ATM sites.• Oversee the deployment of POS machines at various customer locations, acquired directly by different banks, distributors, and sales representatives. Handle service calls for POS machines efficiently.•Execute ATM machine deployment, installation of ATM/VSAT/UPS/AC systems, and cameras, and conduct comprehensive operations post-relocation to new sites.• Manage all aspects of ATM operations, including closures, relocations, and conducting feasibility studies for proposed new ATM locations.•Monitor transaction performance, uptime, and cash efficiency of ATMs. Engage with banks to improve card usage and encourage branch participation in ATM services.
