Responsibilities:• Supervise and oversee asset operations individually, providing precise services through a dedicated team, and manage pilot projects for emergencies such as power outages, AC malfunctions, ATM issues, cash shortages, and paper supply problems. Ensure proper site upkeep and prompt issue resolution with team assistance.• Act as the primary point of contact for banks for the state. Facilitate communication between the management, vendors and delivery teams of ATMs and other asset suppliers to ensure timely project delivery and completion at ATM sites.• Oversee the deployment of POS machines at various customer locations, acquired directly by different banks, distributors, and sales representatives.
