-Responsible for obtaining Kentucky inspection report of property purchased for a rural pharmacy in Calhoun, Kentucky.-Construct a bid proposal and present to the owner based on accurate and effective pricing obtained from various contractors required for full property renovation. Subcontractor trades including roofing, HVAC/Mechanical, Plumbing, Electric, Concrete, Signage, Millwork, etc.-Ensure all safety plan policies and OSHA standards are met by subcontractors during daily work.-Review subcontractor contracts for accurate pricing, confirm complete scopes of work, and discuss any potential contractual issues with the owner and/or company representatives.-Represent owners during all local & state building inspections, pharmacy board adherence standards, and all other relative regulatory requirements.-Act as daily site supervisor when applicable.-Create weekly progress reports to present ownership with all met milestones, risks, mitigated risks, contractual issues, budgeting discussions, schedule delays (or advances), and all other necessary stakeholder information.-Design speculatory blueprint for subcontractors with accurate measurements.-Create & approve overall project scope, budget, & schedule.
