I began my professional career at Vivint, a leading home service provider of smart home integration (Vivint Smart Home), residential security, wireless internet, cloud storage, and solar energy (Vivint Solar) eight years ago. During that time, I generated over 1200 direct-to-home accounts throughout various U.S. markets, totaling more than $3.5 million in revenue for the company. I also assisted in the training and systems management of several sales teams along the way. At Vivint Smart Home's sister company, Vivint Solar (now SunRun), I contributed to Sales Marketing efforts by creating content spanning multiple media platforms. Such content includes recruiting, training, and sales enablement tools; brand management; and many other program-specific means for improving the productivity of our national solar sales force.Currently at Suntria Solar, I have set a dozen closed accounts and seen the same number of self-generated accounts to fulfillment, with extra focus on customer satisfaction and growth. My personal goal is to prevent poor customer experiences and ensure accuracy in an industry that is still subject to some failed customer expectations.
