Manager Of Information Technology/ It Specialist
- Installing and configuring computers, software, hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks ensuring they are up to date and functional.- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the phone, or webspace methods).- Setting up accounts for newly hired staff/interns and completing a new hire training session on how to use the technology.- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.- Testing new technology.- Maintaining and troubleshooting of 3rd party accounts in relation to audio and video, ie Netflix, Pandora etc. - Maintain interconnectivity of company domains, ensuring they are in compliance with HIPAA.- Setup meeting software and infrastructure for online video conferencing, i.e. Zoom, Google Meets, etc.- Management and installation of security cameras.- Introduce new software and/or hardware to promote the growth and maintenance of business via technological preparedness.- Manage company IT inventory. This includes labeling each item, purchasing new products and devices for staff and clients.- Account for all IT equipment costs in order to align with the department's budget.- Maintain renewals for 3rd party systems.- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.- Install Kipu, Alleva, LastPass, GoogleSuite, Jamf, Vast 2, Vivotek, Hikvision, Iviewer, Blink systems, AWS powered rounding systems: utilization across company culture.
