As a senior project manager and estimator I have many roles and responsibilities. I start off by estimating and bidding civil jobs for precast materials. Once a bid is won I am fully responsible for that job and making sure our contractors are satisfied till the job is fully complete. I tend to juggle 5-10 jobs at one time, that requires organization and time management. As a senior project manager I am also responsible for helping train other estimators and answering any question they may have throughout the day. This job has many roles and there is nothing ever set in stone, it is learning to be flexible and confident with every job and client I work with.
