From fuel and oil to repair, maintenance, fluid testing, and ancillary solutions, I've passionately engaged in driving sales and operational excellence across West Direct Oil, Equipment Savers, Diesel Services of Northern Colorado, Car Brite, Titan Laboratories, and Green Brothers Oil—all integral components of the esteemed Diesel Direct family.This experience has equipped me with an unparalleled understanding of our multifaceted operations, encompassing everything from fleet repairs to on-site fueling at construction sites.

I had the opportunity to work with Equipment Savers Fleet Division, now seamlessly integrated into the esteemed Diesel Direct family of businesses. My primary responsibility revolved around driving sales for our top-notch repair and maintenance services, tailored specifically for distribution and construction companies throughout Colorado.

On a daily basis, I collaborated closely with the CFO and Executive team, ensuring accurate and polished monthly sales budgets and meticulously reconciling bank statements. Additionally, I took charge of preparing vital financial reports, including year-ending summaries and audit documents.In my interactions with bankers, prospective clients, and colleagues, I engaged in intellectually stimulating conversations, fostering productive relationships within the workforce.Participation in weekly meetings was integral to my role, offering valuable insights and feedback to Executive and Managing staff on departmental progress and potential avenues for improvement. My role involved curating captivating displays and layouts for the men's department, showcasing a dynamic array of surfboards, board shorts, sunglasses, apparel, and accessories. As the focal point for Lease Line's over-the-road vehicles, I meticulously computed all taxable miles and diligently prepared associated reports. In addition, I streamlined our administrative processes by organizing and categorizing invoice, dealer files, and truck logs, implementing an enhanced filing system within Excel.Each day, I facilitated seamless communication with customers through inbound and outbound calls, offering comprehensive support including estimates, invoices, mileage reports, and contractual details. One of my significant contributions was the complete overhaul of their physical filing system, purging outdated paperwork spanning over a decade and implementing a more streamlined and systematic approach.Moreover, I took charge of managing billing processes, meticulously entering billing batches and efficiently processing payments using Great Plains, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.

I provided tailored equipment and gear recommendations to customers, ensuring they received products best suited to their needs. Additionally, I extended my expertise by offering personalized ski and snowboard instruction services.Within the repair shop, I demonstrated proficiency in repairing a range of damages, including sidewalls, rails, and cracks, as well as skillfully installing bindings for both skis and snowboards, enhancing the performance and longevity of customers' equipment.
