I help push out processes to the rental coordinators and help guide them with any questions that arise. I make calls to customers to let them know that we have equipment that they may have an upcoming need for. Research new rental companies that may not know of Acme Lift. I set up a map on google maps everyday to help locate machines for the outside reps. Building relationships with all customers who know and have not heard of Acme Lift.
