Whilst working at CJ Electrical I was responsible for organising the installation of EV charging stations, both domestically and commercially.

Working within the automotive sector for Renault Europe, covering territories in UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands. My role was incredibly varied; I was mainly involved in the administrative side of the contract but also attended senior client meetings to support the planning of new programs, ensuring that milestones were achieved. Attending site meetings to best understand the product implementation, so that I was in a better position to explain any challenges to the network.Planning upcoming projects, coordinating between the design team and suppliers, ordering & managing stock as well as organising the delivery and installation of products in all regions.Directly engaging with the network managers through to the individual dealerships within Renault across all 4 territories. Building quotes for individual sites and full programs, approving costs and invoicing for completed jobs. Unfortunately, I was let go from my role due to financial issues forcing cutbacks within the company.

My time as a sales assistant was predominately customer facing, due to the nature of what was sold this often involved walking customers through different tools and products to help them find exactly what they need.Responsible for receiving deliveries and adding new sku’s/products to the system, as well as serving customers on the tills which highlights my competence with computers.Managing all telephone orders and customer queries and enquiries for products or deliveries, ensuring they get the same service as they would in the shop. My other responsibilities included displaying the stock in a neat and efficient manner in order to maximise sales.

Initially working as a waiter/bartender, I was promoted to a supervisor which meant on weekdays I would be the senior member in charge. My responsibilities included serving customers and suggesting products they might be interested in, I needed to have a good knowledge of the menu available and be able to apply it to each customers request. My role as a supervisor meant that I also took responsibility for how the public house was run and had to deal with a range of different situations including customer complaints and organising staff. I was also tasked with training new staff on how to work the bar, tills and making sure they were best prepared for their shifts.Working here taught me a lot including how to adapt to unexpected circumstances and deal with people in difficult situations.
