Current- Crafting personalized lifecycle & acquisition strategies from product launch to post launch on AAA & AA titles across 12 marketing channels (Email, In Game, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Ubisoft Connect Launcher)
- Collaborating with cross functional teams for launch & lifecycle success (Brand, Media, Live Operations, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience)
- Integrating data points for new products/services for future segmentation & personalization in tandem with Business Intelligence & Data Production teams
- Using data to tell stories on all reports, strategies, presentations, testing recaps, & recommendations
- Focusing on authentic customer journeys & lifecycles that drive acquisition, engagement, & monetization
- Heavy utilization of measurement frameworks to establish key KPI’s for performance reflection
