-Provide technical product support. -Training for customers and prospects.-Creation and maintenance of regional technical documentation, how to guides and videos and promotional documentations and videos.-Help develop key customer relationships

-Responding to customer inquiries-Troubleshooting technical issues-Providing product knowledge-Documenting customer interactions-Collaborating with other teams-Maintaining customer records-Training: Instruct a basic training course for new, potential, or existing customers that use the software.

-Creating detailed technical drawings and plans using Microstation software to produce engineering, architectural, and construction designs and plans.-Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to develop and modify drawings and designs as required.-Incorporating design changes into plans and blueprints using Microstation.-Ensuring that all drawings and designs adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and standards.-Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, drawings, and specifications.-Managing and maintaining electronic and hard-copy files and records related to drawings, designs, and other project documentation.-Performing other related duties such as assisting with bridge inspection and data/report entries from those inspections. Recording information in report form and using FTP sites to upload information.
