- Led due diligence process in collaboration with ownership and Balcones’ investment bank during sale to Diageo- Collaborated with leadership to define strategy and vision for the business- Conducted RFP for full service marketing agency; hired, onboarded and managed agency to develop refined brand positioning, market activation plan and comprehensive media plan- Led financial planning and reporting for the company
