For the first part of my work experience, I spent time in the United States Army as an Infantrymen. After three years and a few months of service, I decided not to re-enlist, exited the military under honorable conditions as an E-4 Specialist, and began my journey in the college atmosphere. I began my college career at Front Range Community College in 2017, and after searching for my place in education, I decided to exit Front Range Community College in 2020, having earned two Associates Degrees, one in General Studies and another in History. During my time at Front Range Community College, I was hired as a student worker in the I.T department at the college. There I was placed in the college's computer lab as help desk support, where I would do my best to help students with any problems with the computers, printers, and the scanner in the computer lab. I gave excellent customer service to every student and prided myself in helping all.In December 2020, I was hired by Code 4 Security Services, where I was responsible for ensuring the protection of differing properties and assets and providing excellent customer service to clients and the general public.Starting in August of 2021, I began my state college journey at Colorado State University, enrolling in their education bachelor's program with a focus on History and Social Studies. In my first year and a half, I have been invited to and accepted into three different honor societies, Gamma Betta Phi, Tau Sigma, and The Society of Collegiate Leadership & Achievement. I hold a 3.68 GPA, all while having a full-time job, raising two young kids, and trying to start my own business. I am currently on track to graduate from Colorado State University by December 2023.
