Current- Developed responsive frontends from UI/UX team designs using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Tailwind UI, Flowbite React, and managed state with MobX. - Created dynamic, real-time data-driven charts for live insights and analytics.- Developed internal tools, including validation, health check, and monitoring dashboards to streamline development workflows and enhance operational visibility.- Enabled marketing independence by setting up customizable Webflow websites, allowing non-technical teams to manage content without relying on development resources.- Configured a Linux-based operating system (Armbian OS) for an IoT device, adjusting kernels, setting up first-boot scripts, and pre-installing essential tools and packages for ease of deployment.- Created a core library of reusable React components tailored for in-house projects, developed with TSDX for seamless integration via NPM, enabling faster project bootstrapping.- Collaborated closely with the UI/UX design team and assisted the lead architect to develop and communicate application architectures, serving as a mediator to align design and technical requirements.- Independently designed and developed a full-stack application with Firebase, handling front-to-back integration, user authentication, Firestore database setup, and state management.- Managed and mentored small teams of junior developers, conducted code reviews, participated in peer review sessions, and contributed to hiring processes as part of the interview and candidate review panel.
