I provide support by testing, troubleshooting, fixing production products to meet timeline quotas. This will entail taking a product through the entire testing process from pre-testing the hardware, calibrating the product, then verifying our product is sufficient for shipment to our customers. When troubleshooting and testing I will use a variety of equipment which includes but not limited to Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers, Digital Multimeters (DMM's), Signal Generators, Waveform Generators, etc. This equipment is used to help narrow down certain frequencies, checking performance of the product, and allowing me to find an issue with our product if we have a hinderance on performance. Troubleshooting is on both board level troubleshooting, probing component level hardware like diodes, filters, resistors, amps etc. And also troubleshooting on the larger scale by determining faulty equipment within our product, some products cannot be board level troubleshot, this means only certain hardware will just be found and then replaced.Knowledge of a variety of programs and software to be organized, this list will include the following but also not limited to: Presidio, Emerald, Mars, PABD, Visual Studios, Gondor, VEE. Foresite, Microsoft Suite, IO libraries, etc.Through using this equipment in combination with the software and programs, I test our products rigorously for optimal performance and adjusting where needed. The products tested are new, returns, and upgraded products as well.I have experience in doing environmental testing as well which entailed vibration, drop, ESD, RF, and other testing to prove the product is sturdy enough for travel needs or not sturdy enough and alterations would need to be made. By completing the ARK program earlier in my career, it has allowed me to see the entire product life cycle, gaining experience in nearly every area a product can have from NPI with engineers to production with technicians.
