  In my position at CertaPro Painters as Officer Manager I manage both the office associate position and the production associate position. My office associate duties are to keep track of current and prospect customers through out the process from lead to landing the project. I will receive the lead a number of ways, from there I will start with a set up call to get there information and schedule a estimate appointment. Once the estimate is landed it is sent back to me to collect the signed proposal and deposit. My role as production associate takes over to talk to the customer about scheduling a start date for there project. Once I have a tentative date I need to pick a crew that is capable of doing the work estimated and schedule with them to finally confirm a date. The project will start and any questions or concerns are brought to my attention and addressed to make the customer happy. Once the project is completed I need to create the job cost which is a payment break down to pay the crews. This entailed paint that was purchased, additional work that may have been added, or carpentry work that was found and the customer wanted us to take care of. I collect the final payments input both deposit and final payments in quick books along with the expenses. I manage the quick books for the company and maintain our system for accurate information that is up to date. On a given week we will complete about 8-10 projects varying from 1,500$ to 45,000$, each week there are around 15-20 estimates occurring. Throughout the process I am picking up information that is important to the customer to take care of them the best we can. What is important to them is important to us.
