Current- Co-owned with Sanda Lozancic, who handles sculpting, puppet fabrication, costume design and fabrication, doll and toy styling- Responsible for managing all aspects of the company, including production, finances, and business development- Produce and direct small stop motion animation projects for various brands and companies for social media, YouTube, and television- Collaborate with clients to develop creative concepts and bring their ideas to life through animation- Manage a small team of animators, fabricators, and producers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget- Develop and maintain unconventional animation processes and techniques to ensure high-quality and efficient production- Handle business development and client relations, including pitching and securing new projects- Utilize software such as Dragonframe and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality animations- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure Cool Spaceman remains competitive in the market
