Guided and managed PwC teams to execute divestitures for large technology corporations. Supported small and medium-sized technology companies for IPOs. Provided M&A accounting advice to private equity and corporate clients, as well as advice regarding taxation, revenue recognition, capital raising, treatment of stock options, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and the adoption of new accounting standards.
