- Provide firsthand support to Senator Scott’s Director of Constituent Services; assemble weekly reports on constituent contact volume, prepare quantitative updates on preferred constituent contact methods- Lead outreach campaigns recognizing prominent schools, businesses, and nonprofits throughout the State of Florida- Aid in intern hiring process and train incoming interns on constituent engagement and office operations- Attend meetings with staff both in State and in D.C. to ensure all tasks are tended to efficiently and productively
