In addition, I served as a company liaison between ourselves and the box offices which was essential in tracking how much we sold, and how much we had left to allocate to customers and partners.

- As a service valet, I was the first to meet the customers coming in to receive service on their vehicle. I understood their needs and sent them to the correct Service Advisor to get the work they required on their vehicles. - Worked promptly to create the most pleasant experience for the customers. This included: running vehicle diagnostic checks, bringing cars to the authorized mechanic as soon as it was scheduled, taking car through car wash, prepping interior, etc.
