- Oversee the design and execution of training curriculum delivered to all new specialists in the member retention role. This includes preparing each specialist to effectively communicate product knowledge and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, ultimately helping to retain members.- Assist in the development and analysis of the quality monitoring program, implemented to ensure all member specialists are executing their duties in an efficient and correct manner.- Oversee and conduct the training of off-shore chat based specialists. - Assist members in resolving any questions or issues pertaining to their experience using the Thrive Market website. This includes: account questions, order issues, promotion code issues, retaining members and answering general inquiries.
