I am a Porting/Provisioning Specialist at New Era Technology, a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions. In this role, I help customers transfer their phone numbers from their old service providers to New Era's platform, ensuring a smooth transition. I use my problem-solving, English, and Microsoft Excel skills to handle complex porting requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. I have over one year of experience in this role and have successfully ported over 10,000 numbers for various clients.Additionally, I am an Audio Visual Specialist at Gillette Stadium, where I assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and video equipment for various events and functions. I have seven months of experience in this role, using my audio engineering skills to deliver high-quality sound and visuals for the stadium's guests and audiences. I am passionate about providing quality service and solutions to customers. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to new challenges and opportunities in the communication and entertainment industry.I am also a student at Bristol Community College, working towards my Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business administration and management. I am interested in learning the fundamentals of business operations, strategy, and leadership and how they apply to different industries and sectors.
