As Quality Assurance Manager, my predominant role was working with existing customers with concerns regarding their home, with a secondary focus on construction Quality Assurance in tandem with the Project Managers (pre move in). With a focus on customer service, organization and communication, I would receive all "warranty requests" and concerns directly, and determine necessary courses of action. Working directly with our clients and third party subcontractors, I would resolve issues to satisfaction with anywhere from 10-25 projects at a time.

As Southwest Territory Manager for NOROC, I wore many different hats for the five brands that were my clients; SIETE, Picnik, Eating Evolved, Cappello's Pasta & Thunderbird Real Food Bars. I drove sales, marketing efforts and handled account management at store & corporate level throughout my territory. Our different clients ranged from large, national chains such as but not limited to, HEB, Whole Foods, Royal Blue, Arlan's, Sprouts, as well as local grocery stores, coffee shops, convenient stores, gyms, retail shops and many other opportunities. By providing valuable brand knowledge and easy access to multiple products in the "Health & Wellness" sector of Consumer Package Goods, I was able to carve a niche and create/maintain relationships at store level and beyond with all of our clients.

As Warranty Manager for Highland Homes, I worked directly with clients who have been in their homes from 30 days after close, to the 10 year mark at which point warranty ceases. With an extreme focus on project management, customer service & organization, I would address all homeowner concerns and schedule necessary repairs with third party subcontractors at the convenience of the customer. To fully encapsulate the process, I was POC for an average of 20 projects a time from initial "warranty request", to completion of any and all necessary repairs.
