Current- Develop and implement full cycle recruiting plans to support local manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies hiring needs.
- Utilize TempWorks ATS system to track billing candidates, candidate databases, and to source for candidates.
- Source and recruit for manufacturing, IT, and administrative roles.
- Perform screening calls for prospective candidates, conduct in-person interviews, and interview preparation meetings for candidates.
- Main point of contact for candidates in onboarding as well as perform drug tests and other onboarding activities as needed.
- Follow up with and manage billing candidates by performing check ins and handling attendance calls. Perform exit interviews as well.
