• Consult new and current clients to maintain their technology needs as best fit to their day to day operations• Build and manage network of Virtual Teller PC, servers and video based ATM machines. • Foster strong relationships with various vendors on a technical basis, in order to strengthen our client relationship

•Triage Wiring Diagram Application calls and provide assistance via phone and or remote meeting to Chrysler dealerships, aftermarket dealers and fleets.•Administer website feedback for all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Fiat vehicles by working with developers to fix wiring diagrams. •Validated vehicle wiring diagrams to ensure all data is present and correct before being pushed to the field.

•First level of support for the Chrysler Diagnostic Application and maintain a high level of communication on a global scale. •Utilize online ticketing system to manage and track issues with users. Administer usernames, passwords, permissions and digital certificates for over 5000+ users. •Apply and enforce Chrysler security policies to safeguard private and proprietary engineering information.
