For specific customer accounts I am the main point of contact. The national accounts can range in size from 10 - 60 SKU's. Specific duties will vary depending upon customer needs, however, a somewhat inclusive list is below:- Primary point of contact for customers to provide: quotes, production updates and timing, sourcing local carriers for shipping, and address operational support inquiries when required.- Onboarding and change management for customers, including: item creation, item entry, formula entry, formula verification, price and cost entry.- Pricing for services based on container size and product characteristics.- Maintaining margins with customers by monitoring variable costs of chemical raw materials and packaging components. - Sourcing for chemicals and packaging components when customer minimums meet volume requirements.- Traveling to customer sites to perform site visits when required.

My main task is to establish and maintain our quality management system (QMS) and control all of our standard operating procedures (SOP's) to help to move our company to the next level. I also have direct reports on the production floor. The quality techs assist with day to day operations following the SOP's and assist with conducting any necessary investigations I may be working on. All SOP’s must ensure our facility meets regulatory expectations in all aspects: receiving, blending, packaging and shipping. Our specialty is contract packaging of liquid cleaning products ranging from windshield wash, household cleaners to industrial strength cleaners. We work with commercial customers and retail customers alike. I am the operator in charge during all audits for certifications including: cGMP through UL's Accredited Retail Certification Program, Organic Certification (USDA) through EcoCert. I am the primary contact for our customer complaints and work with them as lead investigator to achieve quality goals for their products. Being a family business, we all wear multiple hats so in addition to QA I also am in recruiting, hiring and training. I must also constantly be aware of our supply chain as well. Contacting customers to coordinate supply chain requirements is essential and is a task shared by all management.

I am the first to complete ROLINC Staffing's Talent Development Program. In February 2014 I opened our Northern Colorado branch in Loveland, CO. My primary duties are to grow our client base via outside sales, recruit for open positions using our applicant tracking system and retain our clients by providing high quality service. In addition to sales, I assist with recruiting and help to foster the growth of those in my division to help them grow as professionals in the Talent Development Program. From the recruiting side I have filled positions ranging from entry level production personnel all the way up to engineers and am able to work with such a diverse candidate pool.

This position gave me insight into the loan servicing industry as a whole. My duties were to run quality control for broker priced opinions (BPO's) for properties that were up for resale after foreclosure. I would load the current BPO and compare the property with appraisals that had been completed. If the information was the same (i.e. room count, square footage, etc.) I would approve the BPO. If not, I would communicate to the broker to provide an updated appraisal or double check the property in person. These BPO documents would assist in the resale of foreclosed properties by comparing them to similar properties that had sold or were for sale to help price them accurately.

While I attended UNC I worked on the sales floor assisting customers, stocking shelves and maintaining the store itself. I utilized the internal training software to gain knowledge in areas such as: general home improvement, plumbing, cleaning supplies, lawn care, insecticides and fasteners. This position really enabled me to be able to put my knowledge to use outside of the workplace as well. Customer service was very important at Ace Hardware and remembering frequent customers' needs was something I was complemented on by the team and the customers.
