National Account Manager
CurrentFor specific customer accounts I am the main point of contact. The national accounts can range in size from 10 - 60 SKU's. Specific duties will vary depending upon customer needs, however, a somewhat inclusive list is below:- Primary point of contact for customers to provide: quotes, production updates and timing, sourcing local carriers for shipping, and address operational support inquiries when required.- Onboarding and change management for customers, including: item creation, item entry, formula entry, formula verification, price and cost entry.- Pricing for services based on container size and product characteristics.- Maintaining margins with customers by monitoring variable costs of chemical raw materials and packaging components. - Sourcing for chemicals and packaging components when customer minimums meet volume requirements.- Traveling to customer sites to perform site visits when required.
