Responsible for Behavior Based Driving Program for US OperationsDevelope a training program and train all employees on the use and operation of the Electronic Monitoring System that is being installed in all compsny vehicles.Develope a Consequence Management program based on the policies and procedures put in place involving ELS.Train all the management teams throughtout the company how to use and enforce thw Consequence Management System to ensure full benefit and also fairness to all employees.(this is done by personal instruction and also a new video that I helped shoot to give coaching on all phases of counseling both good and bad.Chairman of the Oversight Committee in charge of retooling the Driving Center we had in place and then also getting needed equipment to ensure training can be done according to the new curriculum for both insude and out.Master Trainer--Worked with Training Department to open 4 new Driving Centers.Oversee and conduct with other Master Trainer all the Train the Trainer class for all recommended Driver Trainers from each region to ensure they are capable of performing the task required as a Certified Driver Trainer.Work withZurich Insurance to create our own Defensive Driving training and Commentary DriveHelp work with Training Team to get 3 Driving Simulators running throughtout the US.Working with the NDIL International group to develope a Driving Center for them to use in SaudiCertified PEC Core, Core Refresher and Basic Instructor
